League named a LinkedIn Top Startup for the third consecutive year

Today we announced that League has once again been selected in the LinkedIn Top Startups List, which recognizes the top 10 most sought-after startups in Canada. This is the third consecutive year that we’ve been recognized on this prestigious list of the top emerging companies in the country.

“We’ve always known there’s a direct correlation between business results and employee health and well-being,” said CEO Michael Serbinis, “and this only strengthens our conviction. We’re committed to building a best-in-class employee experience that fosters innovation and prioritizes healthy lifestyles. To have these efforts recognized by LinkedIn for the third year in a row is an honour and great validation that we’re doing something right.”

The announcement comes on the heels of several major milestones, including being named to the CB Insights Digital Health 150 and CB Insights Fintech 250, plus a new partnership with the Black Professionals in Tech Network. In June, we also introduced a new Platform as a Service (PaaS) business line, entitled Powered by League, to provide leading pharmacies, retailers, health systems and financial institutions with the technology infrastructure they need to accelerate their digital transformation.

The LinkedIn Top Startups List was developed using the data of billions of actions generated by LinkedIn’s 575 million members to generate a company’s aggregate score. The scoring measures startups based on four pillars: employment growth, member engagement with the company and its employees, jobseeker interest and attraction, and retention of top talent.
