The great thing about my role is that I don’t have a day to day! I get to work with different teams across the organization to ensure our members have a great first time experience.
I’m faced with a new and exciting challenge every day, but the foundation lies in outreach to inbound and outbound prospects via phone and email. I manage prospects through the first half of the sales cycle, from initial contact, to introductory call, platform demo, and benefits consultation.
As part of the member experience team, our goal is for the employees of companies on League to have the best experience possible. Most days, I help to investigate what to build next, work with the team to figure out how we're going to build it, and make sure our team has everything we need to do our best work.
I work with clients of all sizes to develop health and wellness programs for their specific company. I recommend programs, roll-out strategies, feedback mechanisms, pilot programs, and more to help them get the most out of their spend to increase employee engagement and improve health outcomes.
Working at League has given me the chance to learn a lot of new things, improve my skills, and collaborate as a team to create a better user experience for Admin users. I started as a co-op student at League, and now I am back working here full-time!
I love working with HR teams to help instill a culture of health and wellness within their organization and work environment. Through physical, mental, social and financial wellness programs, I help organizations construct workplace wellness programs as unique as their employees!
