Today, for the sixth consecutive year, we’ve been named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America, now in its 31st year.
League’s Founder & CEO, Michael Serbinis, credits the recent growth to the team’s relentless agility and positive response from healthcare innovators around the world. “We’re 11 years into our journey and thrilled to be named to this list for the sixth year in a row,” he said. “We’re immensely proud to work with our customers and partners every day to make healthcare more personal, frictionless, and preventative.'”
League continues to find new ways to grow and transform healthcare experiences. As part of the Fall 2025 roadmap release, League unveiled League Agent Teams™ which will proactively support and guide the 63M contracted users on our platform through complex health journeys via text, apps, and voice.
“This year’s rankings highlight both enduring leadership and breakthrough momentum,” said Wolfe Tone, US Deloitte Private & Emerging Client Portfolio leader and partner, Deloitte Tax LLP. “More than half of the winners are prior honorees, yet the majority of the top ten are first-time entrants — demonstrating the staying power of established leaders alongside the accelerating growth of new innovators across key sectors. As in previous years, private companies continue to dominate, underscoring the agility that private enterprises bring to competitive markets, enabling the exceptional triple and quadruple digit growth reflected in these rankings.”
This recognition from Deloitte comes on the heels of other notable market momentum for League including recent partnership announcements with CareSource, Amwell, and Quest Diagnostics, one of the world’s largest laboratory networks and providers of diagnostic services.
