League recognized as a Leader in customer experience platforms for healthcare report by independent research firm

Today, we announced our recognition as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Experience Platforms For Healthcare, Q1 2026.

The report, published by Forrester Research, Inc., evaluated 12 significant vendors in the market. In this evaluation, League received the highest possible scores (5.0) in ten criteria including Roadmap, Adoption, Partner ecosystem, Composability, API management, Customer health record access, Behavior change incentives, and more.

According to League’s vendor profile in the report, “The highly composable system has a proven track record of interoperability with competing systems. Its rewards experiences, based in behavioral science, and engaging educational resources stand out.” The report also states that, “League is a strong fit for insurers and pharmacies that want a flexible, configurable digital front door and need a partner that can codevelop experiences tailored to their member engagement strategy.”
