League and Deloitte Canada form strategic alliance to bring agentic AI to Canada’s health systems

Today, we announced a strategic alliance with Deloitte Canada to help payers, providers, and Canada’s provincial healthcare systems modernize how people access, navigate, and pay for care. The collaboration pairs League’s agentic AI platform, Forge by League^TM, and a decade of driving engagement in healthcare with technology-enabled solutions, with Deloitte’s healthcare strategy, transformation, and delivery experience to move agentic solutions into production at the scale Canada’s health system requires.

Healthcare in Canada faces converging pressures: aging populations, workforce shortages, data silos, and rising costs across both publicly funded systems and private payers. Care is often fragmented across settings, leaving available capacity unused while patients wait for the right care. Most AI efforts stall between promising demonstration and dependable, governed deployment. This alliance is designed to close that gap, bringing proven technology and proven delivery together so that organizations can put agentic AI to work safely, quickly, and with measurable results.

Under the alliance, the two organizations intend to:

• Co-develop healthcare solutions and accelerators that combine League’s multi-agent platform with Deloitte’s clinical, operational, and regulatory expertise, built for Canadian privacy, procurement, and care-delivery realities.
• Bring joint offerings to market for public-sector health systems and private payers and providers, helping clients deploy agentic AI for care navigation, coverage and benefits guidance, and care-gap closure.
• Support clients end to end, from strategy and use-case prioritization through implementation, change management, and measurement of outcomes.
• Bridge silos of care and drive system efficiency, surfacing available capacity across the system and routing patients to the right care setting, when and where it’s needed.
