Let’s take a look at your plan options.

While LUSH continues to offer you your choice of three benefit plans, some updates have been made to each plan option. Review the options – Lavender, Rose, Neroli – to determine which plan will suit you and any dependents you are covering the best. Because of the changes made to the medical plans, this year’s enrollment is mandatory. You need to log into League and complete enrollment in order to be covered for the 2023 – 2024 plan year.

Great for: Those who want to contribute to a Health Savings Account pre-tax and have Lush contribute to it as well. You don’t need a referral to see a specialist. FYI: Lavender has the highest deductible to pay before your plan pays.

Rose

Great for: Those who want a lower-cost plan and the flexibility of a Health Savings Account. Rose has a higher deductible, but it’s still a good choice if you have modest medical expenses and don’t need a referral to see a specialist.

Neroli

Great for: Those who value freedom in picking any doctor they’d like without referrals. Neroli has a higher cost, but gives you the confidence of knowing that your medical expenses will be partially covered in and out of network.

Part-time employees

Are you a part-time employee? League is here for you. As a part-time employee (working between 20-29 hours a week), you’ll get a Lifestyle Spending Account with a $100 balance that you can use on products and services that help you live a healthier life. You’ll also get 24/7 access to our digital health and wellness platform with personalized health programs and wellness offers tailored for your unique lifestyle.

When you enroll, you’ll still have access to your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and have the option of enrolling in voluntary coverage.

We get it – health insurance isn’t exactly the easiest topic to navigate. We’ve got you covered! Here are the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions:

I liked my plan from last year. Do I need to re-enroll?

Based on the changes made to the US medical plan for the 2023-2024 plan year, this enrollment will be mandatory. That means if you do not elect coverage, you will not have any on July 1, 2023. Make sure you log into League between May 8th and 19th to select the benefits you want.

 


What are the coverage differences for each plan and why do they have different costs?

League & Lush are excited to continue to offer three different health insurance plan offerings that allow you to make the best decision for you and your family. These three plans provide greater flexibility in allowing you to choose what you need from your health insurance. Each plan offers different amounts of coverage, but each plan can be utilized to make the most of your coverage.

The Lavender plan has the highest deductible but it’s great if you like the flexibility of a Health Savings Account. You can contribute to a Health Savings Account pre-tax & Lush will contribute to it as well. 

The Rose plan has higher deductible, but it’s still a good choice if you have modest medical expenses and don’t need a referral to see a specialist. Great for: Those who want a lower-cost plan and the flexibility of a Health Savings Account.

The Neroli plan is designed for those with expected or recurring medical expenses who need greater insurance coverage and freedom to incur expenses in-network and out-of-network. Neroli has the lowest deductible and the greater amount of insurance coverage, and is the most of the three plans. 

Each plan is different, just like you and your needs. There are many things to take into consideration when selecting a plan. If you have any questions about plan selection, reach out to help@league.com.


When can I change my plan elections outside of this enrollment time period?

The only time you can change your health insurance coverage is when you experience a Qualifying Life Event like getting married or adding a mini-me to your family!


How much do I pay for these plans and how much is covered by my company?

Your employer will cover 73% of the annual premiums for the Neroli plan, 78% of the annual premiums for the Rose plan, and 82% of the annual premiums for the Lavender plan.

Therefore, you’ll be paying 27% of the annual premiums for the Neroli plan, 22% of the annual premiums for the Rose plan, and 18% of the annual premiums for the Lavender plan.


When can I see my payroll deductions?

You can see all the payroll deductions while in the enrollment experience making your elections. Once you’ve submitted your elections, you’ll be able to see all your payroll deductions based on the elections you’ve made.


I’m a part time employee, what is a Lifestyle Spending Account and what can I use it for?

Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSA) cover services and products you can access to live a healthier life, such as gym memberships, yoga and meditation, etc. Money spent from this account is a taxable benefit. You’ll only get taxed on the funds you actually use. League is the administrator of your LSA (instead of an insurance carrier) meaning that all claims are submitted directly through your League app.


How do I use my Cigna ID card at the pharmacy?

If you elect a new Cigna plan or are enrolling for the first time, you will receive a Cigna card via mail. If you stay in the same plan as last year, your Cigna card will not change.

Your Cigna card will allow you to access your benefits at the pharmacy. It will contain all the information your pharmacist needs to process your prescription. For more details on how to use your CIGNA ID card, see here.


What’s new this year?

Medical Plan Changes
We are increasing the deductible and out of pocket maximums on all 3 of your medical plans in an effort to reduce employee premiums. As a result, this enrollment period is mandatory.

Hospital Indemnity
Hospital Indemnity coverage will be available to all US employees. All employees enrolled in Lavender can elect employee-level coverage at no cost. Hospital Indemnity will not have any pre-existing conditions clauses.

Fertility Benefits
Fertility services are now covered under your medical plans. Covered services include: lab and radiology test, counseling, surgical treatment, includes artificial insemination, in-vitro fertilization, GIFT, ZIFT, etc. Lifetime Maximum of $10,000.

Can I waive all of LUSH’s benefits?

You can waive all employee paid benefits. This means that you will be automatically enrolled in the following (100% paid for by LUSH): Basic Life & ADD, Basic STD, Basic LTD, EAP.


How can I find out whether or not my provider is in-network?

In order to find out whether or not your medical. dental, or vision providers are in-network, please log into your MyCigna.com account , then select ‘Find Care & Costs’ and follow the prompts. Cigna also provides a call center called OneGuide, which helps member locate in-network providers. See your League Wallet cards for details. You can also contact a League care navigator via chat through the League app or by email at help@league.com.
