Provided by Cigna

Rose

Great for: Those who want a lower-cost plan and the flexibility of a Health Savings Account. Rose has a higher deductible, but it’s still a good choice if you have modest medical expenses and don’t need a referral to see a specialist.

Neroli

Great for: Those who value freedom in picking any doctor they’d like without referrals. Neroli has a higher cost, but gives you the confidence of knowing that your medical expenses will be partially covered in and out of network.

FAQ

Questions?

We get it – health insurance isn’t exactly the easiest topic to navigate. We’ve got you covered!
Here are the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions:

When can I change my plan elections outside of this enrollment time period?

The only time you can change your health insurance coverage is when you experience a Qualifying Life Event like getting married or adding a mini-me to your family!

What is new this year with League?

League brings a lot of change (all for the better, we promise). Here are some of the things you should know:

  1. From one size fits all to choosing a plan that meets your needs
  2. Introduction of a Health Savings Account. You have the flexibility to use this account on healthcare services that matter most to you
  3. Fast and effective service with Customer Care through League
  4. Health Programs and Challenges to focus on being proactive about all aspects of your health
  5. A digital Marketplace with discounts to health and wellness products and services

How much do I pay for these plans and how much is covered by my company?

Neroli plan: Your employer will cover 70% of the annual premium, you’ll pay 30%.

Rose plan: Your employer will cover 75% of the annual premium, you’ll pay 25%.

Lavender plan: Your employer will cover 80% of the annual premium, you’ll pay 20%.

I’m still on my parent’s Health Insurance plan, do I need to make a selection?

If you are under 26, and wish to remain on your parent’s plan – that’s cool with us! However, when it comes time for you to turn the big 2-6, you are eligible to join Lush’s insurance. This would be a qualifying life event, at which time you’ll be able to review all these plans, and enroll in coverage, if you wish.

What is a Health Savings Account?

Health Savings Account (HSAs) are like individual bank accounts. Only eligible to be paired with a High Deductible Health Plan (hello, Rose & Lavender plans!). Think of an HSA as a kind of “medical nest egg” that you can grow and contribute to for a rainy day. These funds don’t expire!

Health Savings Accounts are especially awesome because whatever funds you contribute (and haven’t spent yet!), you get to keep, should you ever leave your employer. For more information, check out Cigna’s FAQ on HSAs.

I'm a part time employee, what is a Lifestyle Spending Account and what can I use it for?

Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSA) cover services and products you can access to live a healthier life, such as gym memberships, yoga and meditation, etc. Money spent from this account is a taxable benefit. You’ll only get taxed on the funds you actually use. League is the administrator of your LSA (instead of an insurance carrier) meaning that all claims are submitted directly through your League app.

Where can I see my payroll deductions?

You can see all the payroll deductions while in the enrollment experience making your elections. Once you’ve submitted your elections, you’ll be able to see all your payroll deductions based on the elections you’ve made.

What plan is most like the current plan that I have?

While the plans aren’t identical to what you currently have, the most similar plan to what is currently being offered is the Neroli plan.
