l&rsquo;engagement des membres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des solutions cibl\u00e9es fragment\u00e9es cr\u00e9ent des obstacles; les organisations de pointe adoptent des mod\u00e8les bas\u00e9s sur des plateformes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;IA agentique transforme les portes d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e num\u00e9riques statiques en syst\u00e8mes proactifs qui augmentent l&rsquo;utilisation des prestations, comblent les lacunes en soins et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un retour sur investissement (RCI).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>League consolide les donn\u00e9es, personnalise les parcours de ses membres et est reconnue class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi la porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e num\u00e9rique doit se transformer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e num\u00e9rique est la pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse de la transformation des soins de sant\u00e9 depuis une dizaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es. De la porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e num\u00e9rique&nbsp;1.0 (simples portails web et points d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s de base), elle est devenue la porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e num\u00e9rique&nbsp;2.0, ax\u00e9e sur la personnalisation et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de divers services pour cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience du consommateur apparemment sans faille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, malgr\u00e9 ces progr\u00e8s, la promesse de soins de sant\u00e9 en toute simplicit\u00e9 n&rsquo;a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 tenue. Cela est en grande partie attribuable \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences num\u00e9riques fragment\u00e9es, \u00e0 un manque d\u2019orientation personnalis\u00e9e et au d\u00e9fi persistant que repr\u00e9sente la navigation dans un syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 complexe. Les consommateurs rencontrent souvent des portails disparates, des informations incoh\u00e9rentes et un manque g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration transparente entre divers services de sant\u00e9, ce qui entra\u00eene de la frustration et une difficult\u00e9 continue \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des soins opportuns et appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes actuels demeurent eux aussi largement r\u00e9actifs. Cela demande trop d&rsquo;efforts de la part du membre, qui doit constamment chercher, cliquer, naviguer dans diff\u00e9rents menus et relier manuellement les points de son parcours de sant\u00e9. Le syst\u00e8me attend que le membre agisse, ce qui cr\u00e9e in\u00e9vitablement des frictions et conduit \u00e0 la fatigue et au d\u00e9sengagement. Les membres frustr\u00e9s et d\u00e9sengag\u00e9s essaient souvent de g\u00e9rer eux-m\u00eames leurs soins en utilisant Google et ChatGPT, ou ne font rien du tout.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 orienter le secteur vers un acc\u00e8s num\u00e9rique personnalis\u00e9, mais le d\u00e9fi de ces exp\u00e9riences est qu\u2019elles exigent une activation et un engagement constant de la part du membre pour offrir de la valeur. Comment rem\u00e9dier au fait que la porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e num\u00e9rique d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui ne r\u00e9pond pas aux besoins ou aux demandes des consommateurs de soins de sant\u00e9? Le d\u00e9fi n&rsquo;est plus seulement d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer la complexit\u00e9, mais d&rsquo;activer les membres.
